Please take a backup of your device. The service center won't be responsible for data loss.
Kindly pack the device in the box and make sure it is intact and spillage-proof, with no SIM cards, chargers, cases, etc.
No guarantee of a scratch guard. It will be removed while opening up the device.
A work order is created on the sole basis of information provided by the customer, details can be edited/changed according to the details found while creating/inspecting the device.
Warranty validation is only done by the Google Pixel Repair factory.
If a customer requests diagnosis or repair or authorizes the repair of an out-of-country device that is not supported by a brand or any device that must be repaired at our in-house repair facility, the device can lose its IP certification and cannot be repackaged with an IP certification.
If a customer purchases insurance, they must make a claim with the seller. We are unable to provide insurance coverage here.
